On 17th March 1909 a boy, Dhamram, aged 12 yeai's, was brought to dispensary for treatment at 9 a.m. History of the case.?The boy had been to mohuwa picking where he saw a snake hidden under the dried leaves of the tree. In attempting to point out the snake to his friend he was bitten on the dorsum of the light hand at about 8-80 a.m. The snake had been killed immediately after the boy was bitten. Isaw it and it was a particularly large and brilliantly marked Echis Carinata.
